StreamVirelo provides IPTV subscription plans for FHD and 4K servers, including live TV channels, video on demand (VOD), and related content. Service availability, channel lists, and features may change without prior notice.

Our service is intended for adults aged 18 years or older. By purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Adult content (+18) is available only on the 4K server. We do not sell to minors.

After purchase or after our “install first, pay later” process, you will receive login credentials via WhatsApp or email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. You may use your account on multiple devices according to your chosen plan (1 to 6 devices).

All payments are processed through third‑party providers: Western Union, Remitly, WorldRemit, Patreon (PayPal), cryptocurrency, and Eneba gift cards. We do not store any payment details on our servers.

Our refund policy is available on the Refund Policy page. In summary, we offer a 30‑day money‑back guarantee for 3‑month, 6‑month, and 12‑month plans, and a 7‑day refund period for 1‑month plans. No refunds are given for connection or buffering issues caused by your internet service provider, outdated devices that do not support IPTV apps, change of mind after the refund period, or any attempt to abuse the refund policy.

You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute our service or credentials. Any violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service. We are not responsible for internet connection quality, device compatibility, regional geo‑restrictions, or local laws that may affect your ability to access content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or fail to complete payment within the agreed time.
